3.Procedure at the reception

Please feel free to ask anything at reception counter.Some staff are English fluent.

    Submit health insurance card
    Please submit your health insurance card and Medical certificate at the reception counter.

    You will be asked to fill out the questionnaire sheet about your symptoms and current contact lenses data. English questionnaire sheets is available.

    Submit the questionnaire
    Please submit your questionnaire sheet to the reception counter after you finish filling it out.
    Your turn usually comes within approximately ten minutes if you make an appointment in advance, but sometime it may take approximately half an hour if you do not make an appointment.

    Keep your luggage
    You can put your luggage in the locker. If it won't fit in the locker, please ask the staff to keep your luggage at the reception counter.

4.Examiner will call your name

Depending on your medical contents, the order will be changed.
Basic examination

    ※If you wear contact lens, we may ask you to remove it before these examinations.

5.Consultation

    You will wait for consultation after examinations.

    You will be called when your turn comes.

    The doctor will check your eyes and explain what he(she) has observed.
    During consultation, a translator will help you,

    Additional examination
    After the consultation, we will examine your eyes additionally. ※If it is necessary.

    2nd consultation
    After additional examinations, the doctor will explain the result of additional examination.

6.Payment and appointment

    You need to wait for the payment after consultation.

    Please pay at the cashier. We will give you a prescription and a receipt.
    ※Cash(Japanese Yen) is only accepted.Credit card is not available.

7.Go to a pharmacy
